The FRC scientific council met to deliberate on the call for proposals 2009.
This year the FRC promoted collaborations between research groups of the Upper Rhine (Karlsruhe, Freiburg and Basel) with a dedicated call for this purpose ("Trinational").
Six projects were accepted in the category "trinational", four projects in the category "synergy" and one new researcher will receive support for his installation.
